Tried the Ginger Beef House take out yesterday, ordered a chicken chow mein, ginger beef extra spicy and spring rolls.
I can't speak highly enough about the service at this restaurant! The staff are very personable, service was insanely fast and overall experience was good.
The decor is classic old school Chinese which is timeless. Prices are very reasonable and in a pinch or on a budget I would recommend eating here.
If I was to change one thing here it would be ingredients. The food was not overly greasy, which can be common with Chinese food joints, but is definitely held back by the use of things like processed chicken and a lack of fresh veg in the chow mein. This place could become a serious contender if they chose to step up the quality.
What to order here? Ginger beef, solid 7/10! Get regular spicy if you can't handle too much heat, extra if you love it as much as I do. -

Very good Chinese food. We have eaten Chinede food in several countries and this was one of the best.

This place really didn't do it for me. 4 hours later I don't seem to have food poisoning, so they do have that going for them.
A decent mix of food options? But not nothing stood out, everything was barely warm, and everything was a little old.
I don't think I'd come back unless I was really craving something. -

Went for lunch buffet at about noon. Food was cold sauces were warm. Prawn batter was not cooked on the inside. Was asked if I wanted to keep utensils for another plate but decided one small plate was all I could take because did not see them add food just come out and stir food around that was in sauce.

It's a shame this place isn't more crowded! A sit-down all-you-can-eat buffet for only a few bucks more than you'd pay for a plate at the mall. We got to sit wherever we wanted, and drinks came promptly. The cook was constantly filling the buffet with things, and the food tasted fresher and better than what you'd find in the mall. I particularly enjoyed the black pepper pork, fried dumplings, spring rolls, and wonton soup. They had sriracha to spice up my fried rice. I was offered a drink refill before I finished the previous, and my old plate was gone before I returned from the buffet. They even have free Wi-Fi. I've been charged close to double this amount for worse buffets, so would definitely recommend this place.
